2026 Parcel Tax Roll Review

A Parcel Tax Roll Review Panel will be held on Friday February 13, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing complaints as to one or more of the following grounds per section 205(1) of the Community Charter:
(a) there is an error or omission respecting a name or address on the parcel tax roll;
(b) there is an error or omission respecting the inclusion of a parcel;
(c) there is an error or omission respecting the taxable area or the taxable frontage of a parcel;
(d) an exemption has been improperly allowed or disallowed.
Notice of complaints must be made in writing by Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (at least 48 hours before the first sitting of the Parcel Tax Roll Review Panel). Complaints can be submitted in person or by mail to the CCRD office at 626 Cliff Street, Box 186, Bella Coola, BC V0T 1C0 or via email to cfo@ccrd.ca.
Parcel tax assessment rolls may now be inspected at the CCRD office Tuesday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by appointment or electronically by email to cfo@ccrd.ca.
