Agendas

The CCRD Meeting Procedure Bylaw regulates the proceedings of the board, particularly with respect to meeting procedures. All meetings are open to attendance by the public with the exception of closed meetings which generally deal with property transactions, personnel and legal matters as outlined in the Procedure Bylaw and the Local Government Act.

Agendas are prepared by staff and then distributed to the Board of Directors roughly one week prior to the board meeting for Director review. The agendas are then made publicly available 48 hours (two days) prior to each board meeting. If you would like to view the meeting

Minutes

The minutes will be available after they are approved at the following board meeting. All minutes (included archived) are available at the CCRD Meeting’s Portal (link above).
