Announcing: CCRD ‘Scraps to Soil’ Waste Diversion Program

To help reduce household waste and offset new garbage collection fees starting this summer, the CCRD is launching the Scraps to Soil Waste Diversion Program. Choose between two no-cost composting options — an indoor FoodCycler or an outdoor garden composter.
