Hagensborg Water System Improvements Phase 1A

Please be advised that Hazelwood Construction Services Inc., working for the Central Coast Regional District, will be starting construction in your area on the Hagensborg Water System Upgrades project. The expected start date of construction activities is February 2, 2025.

As part of this project, watermain will be upgraded along Highway 20 which will involve single lane alternating traffic control. The extents of watermain upgrades along Highway 20 are between Walker Park Road and Mack Road. Every effort will be made to keep local disruptions to a minimum.  Construction signs will be posted and flag persons will be on duty to assist with the traffic flow.  Please exercise caution, obey all signage placed for your safety and follow the directions of the flag persons on duty. The other main area of the project for the new water system facilities is along Snootli Creek Road which will have limited access other than emergency vehicles to the fire hall. Very limited works will also be occurring on Grant Road.

Construction works are expected to be completed by Fall 2025.
