Hagensborg Water Update

February 14, 4:00 p.m
Thank you for your patience. A temporary repair has been completed to stabilize the line, and water service should now be restored. Once the correct fittings arrive, staff will return to complete a permanent repair. Scheduling for this work will be announced as soon as it is available.
A reminder that the Boil Water Advisory remains in effect for the Hangenborg Water System.

The leak has now been located, and staff are actively working on a repair. Residents west of Mack Road may experience additional interruptions to water service while this repair is underway.

February 13, 4:30 p.m

There is a large leak west of Mack Road that is affecting water pressure. The leak has not been found, staff continue to work on identifying the location. The water volume has been increased, with the hope that some water will get past the leak to provide water to those West of Snooka Creek. There is a standpipe at the end of North Grant Road that has enough pressure to allow residents to fill up jugs. The next update will be Saturday February 14, 2025 at 11:00 am

Staff are still working to locate the source of the leak. Thank you for your patience as the investigation continues.

Staff are continuing to locate the leak in order to restore service west of Snooka Creek. We appreciate your patience while this work is underway. The next update will be provided at 1:00 pm.

February 12, 2026 – 8:00 pm
There is no water west of Snooka Creek. Staff are actively looking for the leak, and service will be restored as soon as possible. The next update was scheduled for Friday at 9:00 am.
