  • If you are experiencing low pressure, check your household water filter
  • If you are experiencing sandy brown water, run the tap to clear debris.

There has been an unexpected water interruption for the East end of the Hagensborg Water System. We are investigating the cause, and updates will be posted as they become available.

NOTICE

HAGENSBORG WATER SERVICE DISRUPTION

Hagensborg Water will experience an interruption of service on Friday, July 26th, 2024 starting at approximately 8:00 am. until 2:00 pm.

The area impacted by the interruption will cover from 1040 Hwy 20 westward to the end of the line, including McLellan Rd, Grant Rd N and Grant Rd S.

 

Please make sure all taps are turned off during the repair to prevent damage when we return the service. If you experience low pressure or coloured water, check your filters, and remove and clean your faucet screens (Aerators). Hot water tanks can accumulate debris and should be flushed on occasion as a preventative maintenance measure.

Please watch for updates and further notices as this repair may require more than one interruption to complete.

HAGENSBORG WATER INTERUPTION NOTICE

The Hagensborg Water System will be pressure tested, tomorrow Wednesday, July 17th, 2024.

Water pressure will be intermittently reduced from Snootli Creek – West between 06:00 a.m. and noon.
