What: Notice is given that a public hearing regarding the Calvert Island Zoning Repeal Bylaw No. 538, 2025 will take place at 1:00 pm, Thursday, January 23rd, 2025.

The Public Hearing will be chaired by a delegate of the Regional District Board.
Proposal: That the Calvert Island Zoning Bylaw No. 202, 1993 as amended be repealed in its entirety. Lands subject to this Bylaw are indicated in schedule “A” of this notice.

How can I provide comment? Anyone who believes that their interest in property is affected by the proposed Bylaw shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing.

Persons may make also make written submissions on this matter. Written submissions must be received by our office by 8:45 am on Thursday, January 23nd, 2025. The entire content of all submissions will be made public and form part of the public record for this matter.
