PUBLIC NOTICE

DISPOSITION OF ASSETS

Pursuant to CCRD Policy A-20, notice is hereby given that the Central Coast Regional District wishes to dispose one building.

The building is located at the Thorsen Creek Landfill and is available for viewing with an appointment. Building is sold on an ‘as is’ ‘where is’ basis. The successful bidder will be responsible for removal of the building from the site by the end of day April 30, 2026. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to view the item prior to submission of an offer. The deadline for submission of offers is 4:00 PM Tuesday April 7, 2026.
