Parcel Tax Roll Available for Inspection
Public Notice

What: The Central Coast Regional District has prepared the 2025 Parcel Tax Roll as required by Section 203 of the Community Charter for the purpose of levying parcel taxes. The Parcel Tax Roll lists the parcels eligible to be taxed for the Hagensborg Waterworks service area.

When and Where:

Owners of properties located in the service area can view the roll at the Regional District office in Bella Coola. The purpose of the parcel tax roll review is to ensure information is correct for billing property taxes for 2025.  A property owner’s correct name and address is critical information for billing property taxes.

The Parcel Tax Roll may be viewed starting Friday, March 14th at the Central Coast Regional District Office, 626 Cliff Street, Bella Coola BC Tuesday through Friday (excluding holidays) between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Property owners may request a correction to the Parcel Tax Roll only with respect to their own property and only for the following reasons:

  • There is an error or omission respecting a name or address on the Parcel Tax Roll
  • There is an error or omission respecting the inclusion of a parcel
  • There was an error or omission on the taxable area or the taxable frontage or parcel
  • An exemption has been improperly allowed or disallowed

Requests for an amendment to the Parcel Tax Roll must be received in writing to the Central Coast Regional District, 626 Cliff St., Bella Coola BC V0T 1C0, or via email to cfo@ccrd.ca, no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, March 28th, 2025.
