CANCELLATION ORDER

WHEREAS a state of local emergency was declared in relation to landslide risk in the Central Coast Regional District, Electoral Area ‘A’ on 03-17-2026, and subsequently extended and amended on 03-18-2026 and 04-01-2026;
AND WHEREAS this landslide risk emergency no longer requires the prompt coordination of action or the special regulation of persons or property to protect the health, safety or well-being of persons or the safety of property or of objects or sites of heritage value;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED pursuant to Section 97 of the Emergency and Disaster Management Act that a declaration of a state of local emergency in Central Coast Regional District, Electoral Area ‘A’ is cancelled effective the above date at 9:00 am.
