Request for Quotation for the Repair and Restoration of the Bella Coola Airport Terminal Second Floor Office and Bathrooms

The Central Coast Regional District (CCRD) is requesting quotes for the repair and restoration of office space and bathrooms at the Bella Coola Airport – 1685 Airport Road, Hagensborg, BC V0T 1H0 

SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of the work is briefly defined as follows:

            Office

  • Supply equipment, materials and labour to restore/construct the upstairs office space. Including flooring, paint, updated lighting, a new kitchenette area, one (1) solid entrance door, and a new wall to create a separate workspace – including one (1) approx. 1.1 m high, 1.8 m long interior window and window treatment, one (1) office door with window & window treatment.

           Bathroom(s)

  • Supply equipment, materials and labour to restore/construct two (2) existing bathrooms, including updated fixtures, flooring, tile, cabinets, paint, exhaust fans, mirrors, and updated lighting.

           NOTE:                

  • Office space renovation completion has priority.
  • Contractor site visits are to be scheduled for November 15, 2024. Other accommodations can be made.

PROJECT TIMELINE
Construction is anticipated to start no later than Jan 6, 2024, with completion of the project no later than March 31, 2025. 

CLOSING DATE for submission of quotations is 3:00 PM local time, November 29, 2024.
