Engineering & Consulting Services: RFP

The Central Coast Regional District (CCRD) is inviting qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for municipal Engineering and Consulting Services under a three-year Master Services Agreement, with up to three optional one-year extensions. This opportunity encompasses a broad scope of services—including civil engineering, water treatment, landfill operations, planning, economic development, and project management—delivered across a remote and environmentally significant region of British Columbia. Proponents are expected to work closely with CCRD staff, support local and regional initiatives, and demonstrate both technical capacity and local contextual knowledge.

Proposals will be evaluated using a qualifications-based selection model, considering economic competitiveness, team experience, familiarity with the region, service scope, and proposal quality. The deadline for submissions is 2:00 p.m. on September 5, 2025, with contract award anticipated by October 23, 2025.
