Request for Proposals – Bella Coola Airport Vending Machines

The Central Coast Regional District is inviting proposals from qualified contractors to install and manage vending machines in the Bella Coola Airport terminal.

The successful proponent will supply, install, stock, service and maintain two or three vending machines offering packaged foods, cold drinks, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The machines must accommodate credit or debit card payments.

Proposal deadline: August 21, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time
Proposed contract term: Five years
Target installation date: September 30, 2026

Proposals must be submitted electronically by email. Paper submissions will not be accepted.
