Request for Proposals: Bella Coola Townsite Revitalization Plan

The Central Coast Regional District is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or consulting teams to develop a Bella Coola Townsite Revitalization Plan for the community’s main commercial corridor.

The project will establish a community-driven vision for the townsite and identify practical improvements related to streetscapes and public spaces, land use, economic development, tourism, active transportation, accessibility, and future investment. The work will also include community and stakeholder engagement and a phased implementation strategy.

Project budget: $40,000, excluding GST
Proposal deadline: August 27, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time
Enquiries deadline: August 20, 2026
Project completion: March 31, 2027
