Chain Link Fence Repairs

Bella Coola Airport

The CCRD is seeking a qualified contractor to repair a section of the chain link fencing at the Bella Coola Airport.

Work Description:

Approximately 50 ft of 72” high chain link fencing needs to be replaced along with associated fittings and components.
Three damaged fence posts need to be removed and replaced. These are anchored in concrete.
Straighten existing gates and posts.
Install barbed wire deterrent along the top of the fence.

Qualifications and Specifications:

Demonstrated construction experience and skills
Contractor to provide all necessary tools, labour, machinery, basic supplies and safety gear.
Contractor to purchase all fencing materials, fittings, concrete and components.
Current WCB coverage and $2 million commercial general liability insurance
Work to be completed by June 30, 2026
