Notice of Property Disposition: Intention to Lease a portion of a hangar at Bella Coola Airport
TAKE NOTICE THAT, in accordance with the Local Government Act and the Community Charter, the Board of Directors of the Central Coast Regional District intends to lease a portion of a hangar at the Bella Coola Airport, (1685 Airport Road, Hagensborg, BC V0T 1H0) as follows:
Land to be leased: described as 110 square meters of the Bella Coola Airport, shown in the agreement as a portion of Lot 1, plan VIP56294, Section 2, Township 2, Range 03 Coast Range 3 Land District (parent card 24-749-00335.400) and titled in Schedule A of the Agreement as SAR Lease.
Tenant: Bella Coola Valley Search and Rescue
Term: One (1) year, with renewal permitted for up to a maximum total lease of five (5) years
Consideration to be received from Lease: the sum of four thousand dollars ($4,800) for year one, with a 3% CPI each year for each renewal, if any.
A draft version of the lease is available for inspection at the CCRD downtown office during business hours starting on July 9, 2026.
