MEETINGS

The Regional District Board of Directors meet monthly with the exception of August and January, usually on the second Thursday of the month, commencing at approximately 8:30am unless otherwise posted.
 

AGENDAS

The CCRD Meeting Procedure Bylaw regulates the proceedings of the board particularly with respect to meeting procedures.  All meetings are open to attendance by the public with the exception of in camera meetings which generally deal with property transactions, personnel and legal matters as outlined in the Procedure Bylaw and the Local Government Act.

Agendas are prepared by staff and distributed to the board one week prior to each board meeting.  People wishing to have a matter addressed by the board must submit a Delegation to Board Request Form, as per Bylaw 423 Meeting Procedures, at least one week prior to the meeting date.  Please submit your request to:
