Bella Coola Valley Bus Company Ltd.
Public transit in the Bella Coola valley commenced operations late in 2006. The transit service is funded by the Bella Coola General Hospital, and Vancouver Coastal Health Authority in partnership with British Columbia Transit and the Central Coast Regional Hospital District. The operating company, Bella Coola Valley Bus Company Ltd., is authorized to operate, manage and maintain a Public Passenger Transportation System within the Bella Coola Transit Service Area pursuant to the British Columbia Transit Act.
