The Regional District Board of Directors meet monthly with the exception of August and January, usually on the second Thursday of the month, commencing at approximately 9:00am unless otherwise posted. Meetings are usually held at the administrative offices in Bella Coola, with at least one meeting per year held in an Outer Coast community. Board Meeting dates are highlighted in Red.
The CCRD Meeting Procedure Bylaw regulates the proceedings of the board particularly with respect to meeting procedures. All meetings are open to attendance by the public with the exception of in camera meetings which generally deal with property transactions, personnel and legal matters as outlined in the Procedure Bylaw and the Local Government Act.
Agendas are prepared by staff and distributed to the board one week prior to each board meeting. People wishing to have a matter addressed by the board must submit a Delegation to Board Request Form, as per Bylaw 423 Meeting Procedures, at least one week prior to the meeting date.

Minutes are generally available approximately 1-2 weeks after the meeting is held. People wishing to receive a copy of the minutes by email should contact the Regional District office to make the necessary arrangements. This service is provided at no cost to the recipient.
