This session will present and seek feedback on the initial draft OCP policies based on the community engagement.

The CCRD is updating the Bella Coola Valley Official Community Plan (OCP). The current OCP was adopted in 1999. After nearly 25 years, it is important that the Plan is updated to ensure it reflects the current needs and desires of the community. The CCRD is updating the Bella Coola Valley Official Community Plan (OCP). The community is invited to share their ideas at in-person engagement sessions from May 1st to May 4th, 2023. These sessions will help guide the CCRD's future land use planning efforts.
