BC Ferry Authority Call for Nominations
BC Ferry Authority is seeking nominations of qualified candidates to fill two positions on the Authority's board of directors effective April 1, 2021 and expiring March 31, 2024. One (1) of these positions is for the Northern Coastal and North Island Area which consists of the North Coast Regional District, the Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine, the Central Coast Regional District, and the District of Mount Waddington. Each of the four regional districts will put forward one nominee to go to the BC Ferry Authority for consideration and appointment to the single Northern Coastal and North Island Area seat.
The Central Coast Regional District (CCRD) is seeking interest from qualified individuals who wish to be considered for nomination to the slate of potential candidates. The CCRD Board will advance one nomination to the slate. Individuals from the central coast interested in being considered for nomination are requested to complete nomination instructions located in PDF files below.
Completed nomination packages will be accepted until Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 4 pm. Completed nominations should be forwarded to:
