WILDFIRE ACTIVITY AND AIR QUALITY

The Central Coast Regional District continues to monitor information about the current wildfire activity impacting our Region.

We encourage anyone with air quality concerns to monitor Canada´s Nation Wildfire Smoke Model at https://weather.gc.ca/firework/firework_anim_e.html?type=em&utc=12 and refer questions/concerns on possible deteriorating air quality to your health provider. The model currently predicts significant deterioration of air quality in our Region over the weekend.
